How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed. Please note that processing times may take 1–2 business days, especially during peak periods.

What if my order is delayed?

While we aim for timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us at autoavra@gmail.com

What is your return/cancellation policy?

Returns
At AutoAura, we take pride in the quality of our products. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exception:
If your item arrives damaged, you may request a replacement or refund. To do so, you must provide photo proof of the damage within 48 hours of delivery by submitting a request through our Contact Form. Be sure to include your order number for faster processing.

Cancellation:

Orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed.

To request a cancellation, please complete our Contact Form immediately and include your order number.
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

My tracking says "delivered," but I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it,

1. Double-check your delivery address and surrounding area

2. Ask neighbors or building management

3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early)
